This is the first time I have posted anything on this site....it looks AWESOME! I can't believe that we are near the 1 year anniversary of Monica becoming an angel to watch over us all...time does fly by. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of Monica...little things remind me of her...my daughter Bailee and son Eli constantly talk about their "Auntie"....they miss her so! Looking forward to the race this year and another great turnout....AND, just so you know, I already spoke with Monica and placed an order for WARMER weather!! So, bust out the shorts and see you in NR on the 12th!

This is such a great website. I love to see all of the updates. Since I live down in NC and will not be able to attend the event I've decided to run a 10-K down here the very same day in honor of Monica. My first ever. As Monica's cousin, growing up I have always seen her and Missy's joy in running. I pray that we all remember that same joy.

I am excited to say we already have quite a few runners and walkers registered! We also have a growing number of sponsors as well! Please do not for get to sign up for the big day we will have the kids race after the 5K along with activities for them. We will also be having a picnic after the race for all the runners! So please sign up! And if you wish to be a sponsor or know someone please contact me or print the form off from the website! Thanks again and here is to a great year!

Hi, I have received some emails from people that are having problems registering, please go to the register online tab to the left of the page and click on it, it will take you to the active.com website where you can register. Do not pay attention to the part where it asks if you would like to be a member (unless you want to be) and just follow the prompts. if you still have problems, let one of us know by emailing: Hopefully you won't have any problems registering. good luck and see you real soon. I am looking forward to this race and really celebrating what Monica's life meant to all of us. Lets make this year a huge success so it will happen year after year! Still smiling for Monica! Hello All- This is going to be a long one again... Hopefully it doesn't surprise you! We are all very excited for this years Monica Jensen Scholarship Run, it will be an annual event and we hope to see each and everyone of you year after year.
